Our pre-season and early season dry-land training program supplements the high repetition, low-resistance work that swimmers complete in the pool.

We build power to enable swimmers to accelerate faster, and to get off the wall and the block quickly. We help develop stamina to help swimmers retain stroke mechanics under fatigue and increase the number of underwater kicks at each turn.

And, of course, essential strength training will build core, back, and shoulder strength to make the most of every stroke.
